Yes, you can order online as our shop is now open to customers are around the globe.

  • What is Green Hut Packaging Ltd. Return Policy?

All are products are final sale. No Returns. We do offer exchange for only unopened products returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for any exchange/return.

  • The product is out of stock

We try our best to keep the products in stock, but due to the Pandemic and the traffic congestion, there has been a shortage in shipping container. This has impacted us with low inventory.

  • When is the new collection/products coming in?

The new collection is set to arrive in Jan 2024! Stay in touch and subscribe to receive notification at the earliest.

  • I just placed my order. When will it arrive?

We make every effort to process your order within 48 hours. How long it takes to arrive depends on where you are located and which shipping method you select.

  • Where is the distribution centre and pickup location? What is the timing?

We are located at 202-12899 76 Ave, Surrey, BC. We are open Monday to Friday 10:00am to 5:00pm!
